When not at Chino, Jack’s other passion is family, and traveling with family.

Natasha Funk has been a member of the Royal Custom Designs team since 2008 serving first as Senior Project Director and now most recently as Director of Operations. With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Natasha uses her extensive knowledge and experience to provide support to the project team to ensure each project is executed to the highest expectations of the client. Natasha enjoys spending her free time with her son and her family.

Martha Clark is the newest member of the RCD Team in the role of Project Director, event planning and Marketing. With over 2 decades of experience in high end furniture manufacturing serving the Interior Design, Hospitality and High end retail industries, Martha uses her broad experience to collaborate with the Sales and Project Teams in our objective of providing customers with outstanding service. Martha spends her free time working on her butterfly garden, painting, cooking and enjoying the outdoors with family, friends, and her beloved golden retriever.

Maria is the project coordinator for the Eastern United States. She is the go to person for one of the busiest regions in the nation. Maria is the newest project coordinator at RCD with 17 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, ranging from hospitality, high end residential and retail. When not at work, Maria can be found volunteering at her daughter’s dance group where she serves as a group coordinator. In her spare time Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Karmel Kwan,

Karmel is the Project Coordinator for the West Coast and specific Central territories. For four years prior to joining the RCD team, Karmel garnered experience in both hospitality and residential industry, working as a project coordinator. Karmel is a proud alumna of the University of Nevada, where she holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Karmel’s free time is spent in the company of her beloved English bulldog, enjoying the serenity of the beach, venturing to Disneyland, and seeing her favorite artists in concert.

Elizabeth Plaza has been a member of the Royal Custom Designs Team since 2003. With over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Elizabeth understands the importance of providing the sales team with the necessary support to complete quotations in a timely manner. In her spare time she loves spending time with family. She also enjoys embroidery, reading a good book, and of course nothing beats watching a good movie with her Grandchildren.

Fredy Santos is the Chief Engineer at Royal Custom Designs. He heads up the shop drawing team here at RCD. You know all of those pictures and napkin sketches we are asked to build? Fredy is the genius who converts your ideas into the drawings our craftsmen build from. Yay Fredy! Fredy loves to spend time with his growing family, and tinker with cars.

Jose Iglesias is the Plant Manager at Royal Custom Designs. His job sounds simple – do we have everything we need to make your order? He is responsible for material, staffing, supplies, production scheduling… you get the idea. After 25 years with RCD, he is pretty good at what he does. In his spare time (not much of it) he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading.

Amalia started her career with RCD in 2015. As the Human Resources Assistant she provides support to the HR Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations in organizational development and employee relations.
